Many of you have asked where in the world I've been.

All I know is that after 7 plus years of blogging and a different lappy, which I don’t like, I seem to have lost my blogging fervor.

Someday, when you least expect it, I will post again.

For those of you still waiting I say thank you.

Meanwhile, I am rather prolific on twitter. Find me: @KeethaB

It's All Quiet Now - - -

.
There was a flurry of activity.

Kids.

Grand kids.

Presents.

Food.

Noise.

Commotion.

But all is quiet now. It's just us in our own little house with nary a Christmas Mouse in sight.

Fisherhubby went out to the garage to sit and work in his fishing boat for a while - - - he said that made him happy. Whatever floats your BOAT. (Oh, I do crack myself up!)

So I'm indulging in what brings me joy - - - that would be blogging. (notice that joy is with a lower case j, for those of you who are getting worried about my spiritual priorities.)

Today is a good day for some Eclectic Bits.

EB 1

This is one of my "kings" which isn't a king at all, but a fly fisherman. Just guess to whom THIS belongs!?!

EB 2

For this entire week, here's what I've been seeing through my kitchen window:

A winter wonderland!

Not the blizzard that some of you have been experiencing,
But enough snow to give us a white Christmas Eve!

Today we got up, and it was all gone.
Now we have gray and rain.

EB 3

By the time school got out on Friday, one of my students had ADDED to my holiday date decor to make it look like this.

EB 4

One of my students gave me this Christmas gift!!! I think he knows me well.

No, I have NOT eaten it yet. Not saying I WON'T eat it, but it's just too cute to consume right away, don't you think??

And now that Christmas has come and gone, we can indulge in earnest in College Bowl Games!!!!

So how did you get your house cleaned up after gift opening??? My house is a wreck, but the sound of silence is sweet music to my ears!

Merry Christmas. I'm sure you've got enough Christmas Chocolate to hold off on the football for awhile! Are you wearing your leopard Snuggie?

Merry Christmas Keetha. I love that Fisherhubby went to the garage to sit in his boat. That made me truly LOL :)

We've had nothing but quiet, with just Son #3 and my GrandDog here yesterday. But today will be nothing but noise, food, and laughter at my sister's house. Especially if Sis #2 and her sons and grandkids can all make it through the nasty Copper Country weather to join us.

I'm sure your Christmas was a merry one, with all your dear family.
