Many of you have asked where in the world I've been.

All I know is that after 7 plus years of blogging and a different lappy, which I don’t like, I seem to have lost my blogging fervor.

Someday, when you least expect it, I will post again.

For those of you still waiting I say thank you.

Meanwhile, I am rather prolific on twitter. Find me: @KeethaB

Who Let That Crazy Woman in Here????

.

My cousin Brent e-mailed me a few of the pictures he took last weekend at our family gathering for Aunt Doris' funeral. I'm going to post two of them here for various reasons.

First:

"Who Let That Crazy Woman in Here?"

Uh - - - that would be me.
Posing with two of my cousins,
Kent on the left side of the picture
And Rusty on the right.
I wanted to post this one for two reasons:

1) So you'd know I really was there
and
2) So you can see we have fun even in difficult times.
I believe that's called "Joie de Vivre"

And now this one:

The two on the left side of this picture are my mom's last two living siblings. Uncle Clinton and Aunt Janet, the two "babies" of nine children. I wanted to post it because it was such a good picture of the two of them together, and who knows how many more of those we'll be able to get????

With them is my cousin, Richard of sword fighting and kick ball fame.

Aunt Janet looks so young. Maybe you got her genes.

She does look good, doesn't she?

Sadly sometimes Funerals are the only time we get together with Relatives from our younger days and we have to laugh and talk...great picture.
You Aunt is so young looking.

You very well may remember him, Dr. LaBar. He was a fabulous trombone player in his day - - -
