Perhaps you have, from time to time, seen this face in my comments beside the name "Martin LaBar" (I can't TELL you how difficult it was for me to type that first name - - - I feel like I've just broken a respect barrier.)
Perhaps you've never noticed.
That's because this man, my College Mentor and Biology professor whom I call Dr. LaBar, is a man of few words. But when he speaks, it is well worth the listen.
I can't tell you how much it means to me that he honors my blog with visits and occasional comments. I imagine I feel a bit like an amateur golfer would feel if his blog was frequented by Tiger Woods.
Dr. LaBar has a blog called Sun and Shield which is well worth a click to read. He tackles a wide variety of thought provoking topics in a no-nonsense "investigate all evidence" manner. He knows God is neither afraid of our questions nor doubtful of where evidence, well interpreted, will lead us. His dry wit shines through in his writing and his comments.
I took this photo from his blog profile, and I HOPE that makes it public domain, or for the FIRST time in my "writing for him career", he will have to take me to task for plagiarism.
Nor did I ask his permission to give him this bloggy shout out. He is a humble man and may have denied me that permission, so I risk the need to ask forgiveness.
Click to his blog if you dare - - -

You attributed the photo sufficiently.
If you do go there, you won't be trampled by other eager readers . . .
Thanks.
Whew - - - I passed.
AND, I assume I am forgiven too.
:-)
I have noticed his comments on your blog. It is so wonderful when someone you respect stops by for a visit. I'm glad he allowed you the use of his photo :)
I dared and visited. All I can say, it is difintly different
I dared, and I'm looking forward to visiting his blog some more.
It requires a lot of thinking - - -
I dared. I liked. :-D
