Many of you have asked where in the world I've been.

All I know is that after 7 plus years of blogging and a different lappy, which I don’t like, I seem to have lost my blogging fervor.

Someday, when you least expect it, I will post again.

For those of you still waiting I say thank you.

Meanwhile, I am rather prolific on twitter. Find me: @KeethaB

Two Keepers

.

Back during Spring Break when I had my brief fling with Mr. Marriott (see here and here) and had to "throw him over," I did come away with something that is a real keeper!!!

Shampoo and lotion!!!!

The little bottles in the front are those provided by Mr. Marriott. They are Bath and Body Works Aroma Therapy Orange Ginger.

I have never cared a thing for "aroma therapy" whatever that may mean. However, after using this orange ginger lotion I have fallen IN LOVE. I made a trip to Bath and Body and bought the larger size bottles.

The packaging is pretty generic, I wish it was all pretty and feminine, but I do love that the aroma is fresh, perky, and stays with me all day long. (Maybe I'm going around smelling like Russian Tea, I don't know)

Like I said, KEEPER!!

Last Sunday, RIGHT DURING THE NCAA TOURNEY, Mr. Mitsubishi died. We HOPED it would be a minor cold or flu, but alas no - - - he was dead as a doornail.

All week hubby and I have been having our suppers as picnics on our bed so we could watch "Around the Horn" and "PTI" while we ate. That wasn't cutting it - - - and would only get WORSE when football season gets here.

So today Mr. Mitsubishi was hauled off to the Mitsubishi graveyard in this little red truck, and - - -

His replacement came in this BIG BOX.

Meet my new love, Mr. LG. Isn't he handsome???

And just look how trim and fit he is compared to Mr. Mitsubishi!

I think he's a keeper too!!!

Mmm...orange ginger. You must go around smelling like a yummy muffin! I am going to have to stop in at BBW someday soon.

Love the new TV... very slim and chic! Good luck with it. May you watch many good NCAA tourneys on it!

It looks like you've had an "unboxing" post, too!

Those thin flat screens are just so much easier to move around. Technology! I love it. :)

Thanks Amy and Kirby for your comments. I can't tell you how nice it is to be watching the game tonight in our FAMILY ROOM - - - especially happy that Michigan State WON!!!!

WOW. Like Mother like Daughter...I LOVE orange ginger!! AND I always thought it smelled like Russian Tea. I think that's part of the reason I love it so much! Now I want to go buy some because I'm all out. :(

You haven't had that TV very long, have you?!?! And it already DIED! Aren't TV's supposed to last like a billion years?

OH I forgot...when I first came to this post I thought you had a picture of a fifth of alcohol! ha :)

Bye, bye, TV.

Keri, "new" technology (TVs) don't last anywhere near as long as "old" technology used to last.

Why, a slate chalk board will last 100's of years.

Yes, I love those slim line TV's! So nice that they don't take up nearly as much room.

Will have to try the B&B...

I think Mr. Mitsubishi did you a favor by dying at this time. Enjoy your new view!

As a silly side -- when I read that you were having your suppers as picnics on your bed so you could watch tv, I looked at the picture and saw the tv in the truck bed, so my first thought was you were sitting in the truck bed -- that could be fun, but your neighbors may think differently.

LOL Nancy!!!! I didn't even think of that double meaning or I MIGHT have done it on purpose!!!
