Our youngest daughter, Korie, has been a "show stopper" all her life. She is blessed with the natural grace, talent and stage presence that make her shine in the spot light of every musical or drama event in which she's ever participated.
Yesterday, at her bridal shower, she "stopped the show" once again when she donned this feathery gift wrap embellishment.
Just look at that cute face! She makes her mama proud - - -and that's OK, mama's are SUPPOSED to be proud.
Here she is with her older sissy, Keri, who always wrote, produced, and directed the family drama.
No REALLY - - - Keri WROTE plays, CAST her siblings into roles, FOUND costumes, and DIRECTED the whole shebang. It was AWESOME!
Korie and her fiance, Chris, who will tie the knot on September 25, 2010. You may visit their wedding blog here.

"wrote, produced, and directed the family drama" that phrase made me laugh right out loud. You have a wonderful way of describing your kids.
GORGEOUS daughters, you have Keetha. (My inner Yoda reared his head there)
I'm going to check out her wedding blog!
"wrote, produced, and directed the family drama" - every family has one of those! I'll let you guess who it was in our house. ;)
The life of the party! She is beautiful and I wish them well.
Beautiful family photos! pretty girls!
They must get their shy, demure demeanors from their MOTHER! ;-)
Oh she is a cutie for sure! Sounds like a busy fall for you!! A wedding and moving!!
Yup, I've got one of those "hey look at ME" daughters, too -- the life of the party, the star of the show!
they are great fun, but I have to say that living with her was like living with a small tornado!
Your daughters are beautiful --- clearly they take after their Mama!

She must take after her mom! Your daughters are lovely!
That date is fast approaching! Love the gift wrap embellishment :) It totally works with her skin tone lol

beautiful girls, I bet it was a hoot at your house! I remember my cousins doing a Bartles and James commercial in their under ware once for all of us. Just the other day my soon to be 18yr old son and his friends were riding imaginary horses throughout the house while banging a coconut purse for sound effects. yep.
Congratulations!! :)
One can certainly see why Korie is a show stopper! I'll have to check out the wedding blog. Both of our boys were wed in September. It's a great month for weddings!
Best,
Bonnie
I should have visited the wedding blog before posting. I have strolled the street(s?) of Story and have eaten there. I think it is the perfect spot for a wedding. I hope you'll post lots of photos so that I can reminisce!
Love the Broadripple area as well. We've visited a number of times. Our younger son worked in Noblesville for several years.
Best,
Bonnie
Those are sweet memories, aren't they? Family dramas...good times!
Both these girls are beautiful! I bet you are knee deep in wedding plans! How fun and exciting!
Your beautiful daughter looks quite a bit like her mom! Is the wedding planning wearing you out? I'm finally over the worn-out phrase of the wedding planning around here and fear that the next one will be the panic phase.....
I kept meaning to ask you if they have set a date! Glad to know it's coming up!!! Can't wait to see about it on your blog! :)
9-25???? Yikes, that's soon! How did I miss that they were getting married? Geesh, I feel like a heel now since I've been so busy with school and football-football for the 8yo. Lots of kisses to them! (You too, mom!)
Oh! I forgot to say that I ADORE her yellow pumps!
