.We have a lovely tradition at our school - - - before PT Conferences, they FEED us. Makes the natives less restless, ya know?
And not only do they feed us, but they also decorate everything in fall colors and icons. I'm not sure who "they" are - - - but I think they're some of the very parents who are coming for conferences later.
And since all bloggers love to look at food, let me show you this spread!!!! Four types of homemade soup, chips, cheese, veggies, and dip.
Oh and sweets - - - - we can't forget the sweets!!!! Cookies, brownies, fruit, pumpkin bread, and two pies.
We are loved.

Yummy!!!! Our school does the same thing for the teachers! I had my first parent teacher conference earlier this week. I feel for you teachers having to have conferences ALL DAY LONG! :)
But it does look like you had some fun!
We did, Julie.
All my conferences were great - - - no REAL angry parents.
You teachers deserve it. :-)
Thank you, Keetha!!! I read your blog about your HS teacher that meant so much to you and I hope I can be that for some of my students!!!
I 'borrowed' a couple of your pictures for our LCS PTO blog. Hope you don't mind??? Visit your pictures at lcspto.blogspot.com
I guess if I want a Parent-Teacher conference I can talk to myself. Drat that nobody'll cook for me though!!! That is SOOOO sweet of "them" though, and SMART too!!
Molly
Talk about being treated well . . .
