Many of you have asked where in the world I've been.

All I know is that after 7 plus years of blogging and a different lappy, which I don’t like, I seem to have lost my blogging fervor.

Someday, when you least expect it, I will post again.

For those of you still waiting I say thank you.

Meanwhile, I am rather prolific on twitter. Find me: @KeethaB

First They Feed Us - - -

.We have a lovely tradition at our school - - - before PT Conferences, they FEED us. Makes the natives less restless, ya know?

And not only do they feed us, but they also decorate everything in fall colors and icons. I'm not sure who "they" are - - - but I think they're some of the very parents who are coming for conferences later.

And since all bloggers love to look at food, let me show you this spread!!!! Four types of homemade soup, chips, cheese, veggies, and dip.

Oh and sweets - - - - we can't forget the sweets!!!! Cookies, brownies, fruit, pumpkin bread, and two pies.

We are loved.

Yummy!!!! Our school does the same thing for the teachers! I had my first parent teacher conference earlier this week. I feel for you teachers having to have conferences ALL DAY LONG! :)

But it does look like you had some fun!

We did, Julie.

All my conferences were great - - - no REAL angry parents.
