Many of you have asked where in the world I've been.

All I know is that after 7 plus years of blogging and a different lappy, which I don’t like, I seem to have lost my blogging fervor.

Someday, when you least expect it, I will post again.

For those of you still waiting I say thank you.

Meanwhile, I am rather prolific on twitter. Find me: @KeethaB

More Fun With the Grans

.

Our four year old grandson, Mackinley, knows his mind. When given the choice of where he wants to be taken to eat he chooses a Chinese Buffet. He LIKES Chinese, though I suspect what he likes MOST is the ice cream for desert.

He also likes cars and trucks - - - so how exciting to come upon this race car rig in the Wally World parking lot!

Thumbs up for the joy of it all.

Next he wanted to go to the park - - - the "real" park. That cracked me up, real as opposed to what? What is a "fake" park?

So, we headed out to the school playground which in his mind qualified as "real."

Piper liked it too, and was more than happy to pause for this "cheese!" pose.

Mackinley slowed down long enough for one picture with his little sister.

Then Papoo made it all even more fun by letting out his own inner child.

Inner child??? What am I talking about! I don't think he's ever attempted to grow out of being a child!!!

All men's 'inner child' is actually their outer skin!

Keetha, McKinley looks sooooo much like you. Have fun with the grands. I love it when they get this age, so that you can really play with them.

They are so adorable - you must be enjoying each moment with them...and even though we call them "men", we really mean to say "boys"

I think it's the ice cream too! Not too many little ones like chinese food unless they are chinese :) I love to swing. Great pictures.

I didn't even like Chinese food until I was over 30! MacKinley's face in that last picture is pure joy!

Sorry I haven't been over to visit in a longgggg time. Things are just so crazy here!

I busted out laughing at the "real playground" too. It's funny to think what kids decide is the real McCoy. They are all very cute though, including the Grandpa.

I LOVE these pictures!!!

Mackinley does actually LOVE Chinese food. Yes, of course he loves the ice cream, but he eats the fish, the crab legs wrapped in bacon, dumplings, chicken and broccoli, noodles and crab rangoon as well. So it's not JUST for the ice cream that he picks CoCo China. :)

(Mom...psst....he's FOUR, not five! hehe)

Oh, AND he loves the stuffed mushrooms, too! He's a fantastic eater! :) Now if he could just teach his little sister...
