Many of you have asked where in the world I've been.

All I know is that after 7 plus years of blogging and a different lappy, which I don’t like, I seem to have lost my blogging fervor.

Someday, when you least expect it, I will post again.

For those of you still waiting I say thank you.

Meanwhile, I am rather prolific on twitter. Find me: @KeethaB

My Tribute to Angie

.

I am beyond sad today. I am stunned and shocked. Blogland is missing one of its own - - - one of its dearest.

Angie, of "Can You All Hear Me at the Back" passed away sometime on January 30th as a result of pneumonia.

Perhaps you would most recognize her by her cute little mouse avatar.

Angie "found" me and my blog somehow - - - in the way most of us "find" each other.

She had a sense of humor that just wouldn't quit. Life had dealt her plenty of lemons, but she insisted on making lemonade from them instead of groveling about in sourness.

Once she found me, she left comments on ALL my blog posts and even e-mailed me in between. She made me feel like I was a special friend, though now I suspect that she had the GIFT for making many of us feel that way.

Angie - - - I am not ready to say good-bye to you yet. I feel that I had you "with" me too short a time. I shall miss your witty comments and humor more than I can say.

Rest in peace, my dear friend.

.

Keetha, so sorry about the loss of your blog friend. I regret I never knew her. Do not know how I missed her. I understand how you feel. I was really shocked when we lost another blog friend, CC. Not sure if you knew her or not. I felt a personal connection to her. I still think of her.

Keetha,

That is a LOVELY tribute to Angie. Just beautiful. Ever such a nice picture of her too.

I keep hoping I'll wake up in a minute. I mean, it CAN'T be true, can it? Angie, gone...? It was only the other day that she and I were arranging to meet in the summer. I'd give anything to bring her back.

It never feels like we're ready. Does it? Amazing how connected the blogging world is, even though so many of us have never "met".
This was a beautiful tribute to your friend. I'm sure that your words mean a great deal to those who knew and loved her.

I did not know her, but she sounds like the kind of blogger I'd like!

BTW Come ON! Tell me your dreams! Well, Lucky you, anyway. I'll take rated X over crazy.

Hello Keetha

They are beautiful words for our friend, Angie.

I have been blogging with Angie for nearly 3 years but I had only become friends with Angie on FaceBook one week before she passed away. I just went on her FB site to say hello and there was the sad message from her sister, saying she had passed away. I was dumfounded!

We were in the UK back in October last year and I now regret not making the trip up to Scunthorpe to meet her. I have placed her winky, blinky mouse in my sidebar. Whenever I come across it, it will remind me of dear Angie.

Nice to meet you, Keetha - I'll return to peruse your blog soon.

Cheers - Joolz - Australia
