Many of you have asked where in the world I've been.

All I know is that after 7 plus years of blogging and a different lappy, which I don’t like, I seem to have lost my blogging fervor.

Someday, when you least expect it, I will post again.

For those of you still waiting I say thank you.

Meanwhile, I am rather prolific on twitter. Find me: @KeethaB

Little People on the Living Room Rug

.

Last evening we heard the pitter patter of little people on our living room rug. It was the pitter patter of our gran's feet. They came to visit while mommy and daddy had a movie date.

First stop: The Toy Corner

This same little toy corner stays new and exciting to them since they only get to play with it over at Kamma's house.

Second stop: The Music Room

Piper stood close by while Mackinley enjoyed directing and singing from the chair Papoo uses when playing his guitar.

He even looks like he knows what he's doing, doesn't he?

Pipes being her beautiful little sober-sides self.

Third Stop: Family Room

Mackinley spent some time rolling his hot wheels around on a pillow.

Not to be outdone, Piper crawled up on the couch and collected a few cars of her own.

Contentment and peace reigned supreme

Your post made me smile. I remember the toys that I played with at my Nanny's house. And I remember that feeling of getting there early and finding my FAVORITE one before my cousins got to it :)

Your grandbabies are beautiful Keetha.... but of course YOU know that.

They are absolutely beautiful. I have the uncontrolable urge to reach out and touch their little heads. :) It has been a long time since my guys had such soft looking baby hair!

Dad should have accompanied Mackinley's singing with his guitar!

Going to Grandma's is always special. How lucky for all of you to get together and for mom and dad to go out.
