Many of you have asked where in the world I've been.

All I know is that after 7 plus years of blogging and a different lappy, which I don’t like, I seem to have lost my blogging fervor.

Someday, when you least expect it, I will post again.

For those of you still waiting I say thank you.

Meanwhile, I am rather prolific on twitter. Find me: @KeethaB

Let it Frag, Let it Frag, Let it Frag!!!

.
It's been fraggin' all OVER the place 'round here again!!!

If you've got piles and drifted frags that you'd like to shovel up, head on over to Mrs. 4444's place and join the par-tay.  You'll find a link to help you do so at the end of this post.

And now for the frags from here:

We got to make use of our handy dandy snow gauges again yesterday, Thursday Dec. 20.
.
.

As you can see, it wasn't QUITE the blizzard the weather gurus called for, but it was a lovely Christmassy snow all the same.
.

Fishserhubby got to dig out one of his winter toys.

There was lots of testosterone and grunting and other "man expression" goin' on out there in that driveway.  He does love his winter toys.

There was even enough snow that I got to shovel - - - - TWICE.   I think I may get to go back out at least one more time before all is done and said.

"Don't cry for us, Argentina" - we LOVE the white stuff, the shoveling, AND the snow blowing.

We are happy clams at high tide.

I am WAITING for my diamonds - - - and I'll take them with rubies and sapphires too, please.

Some of my bloggy fans liked the Christmas lights reflected in the water, so I went back and got a better shot - - - one in which the downtown bridge didn't hide the shore lights.

Someone must have captured this picture of Sister Pam and me ice skating back in the day.

The poor guy on his tush on the ice may or may not be a hockey player we knocked down.

I'm just sayin'

BIL Joe with his darlin' little gran Cohan.  You MAY feel sorry for Joe - - - he's in Indiana where it COULD snow tonight, and he's not happy about the snow AT ALL.

Only his grans could have lured him out of his beloved Florida home in THIS kind of weather.
.

Specifically Little Miss Finley celebrating her FIRST birthday.  A granpa's gotta do what a granpa's gotta do to celebrate birthdays!

I noticed some Christmas decor on OTHER blogs that featured cookie cutters, so I just HAD to show you mine too.
.
.

I just love my vintage accoutrements mounted on boards made to LOOK old and hanging on my kitchen wall.

Yes, Erin - - - this frag IS for you.

FIL Farrell sent me this photo of himself posing AS and WITH a King.

I LOVE it - - - it, this picture, is my ONLY new King so far this season.

Just look who came out of a LONG hibernation BRIEFLY this afternoon!

You may hurry over to THEIR blog to see what antics they performed.

That's it for the fraggin' this week.
Please hurry on over to Mrs. 4444's place
To see all the other frags.

snow shoveling and blowing - please drop down here if we get much. I'll save you some.
Great messy face pic. I still get a messy face at times.
You have a nice drift of fragments today.

I've told my daughter the same thing about knowing football, basketball and baseball stuff. Boys like that kind of stuff.

My mom said they had nine inches of snow in Fond du Lac around 3 on Thursday and it was supposed to snow until noon Friday. Hope it looks as pretty there for her as it does for you

I'm hoping for at least a little bit of that white stuff! Cute lil Finley...cute name!

I love all that red in the snow. I spent a couple winters in snow and I loved shoveling snow as well. My favorite was breaking up the ice, it was like an aggressive work-out, like hitting the punching bags.

i love those pics of the lights on the water. So pretty.

What exactly does the snow gauge do?

I love that you enjoy football so much. My husband wold be in Heaven on earth if i did too.

Your pictures of your Hubby using his winter toys to clear the snow look like maybe a modern Santa..all the red, and the 21st century red sleigh in the picture too.

I thing you have an excellent chance of winning some sheep with the comments Keitha!

Lots of photographic tralalalala going on there! :) I love the cookie cutters. I'm starting to think photos of the cutters may have to be the only proof that I "do" bake. (stop looking at my butt with that knowing eye)
The Snow gages are not up to the challenge. You need good quality chairs for gaging as seen here...

I love the cookie cutters, but you knew I would! ;) The picture of FH with the snowblower looks like one of those that is all black and white except for one color - in this case, red! :)

We love shoveling snow!! We love snow period and hubby bought a new massive snow blower just for the Alaska snow. Now he and the oldest bicker about who gets to go fire it up...

Wonderful photos!!! Yea, I love ice skating too!! They have a string of lights out on Wasilla Lake for lake skating, so much fun! The cookie cutters are a great idea!!!

You always make me laugh as I read your posts! Not enough snow here to shovel or blow - you can keep it! Merry Christmas!

We did indeed get some snow in IN overnight, so we too look like a winter wonderland! A minor matter: it's Cohan cuddling with Joe on the floor.

You love football and shovelin' snow, you are many a man's dream.

Have a wonderful holiday and enjoy the snow.

Makes me wistful for snow, but my window is narrow... flying today and Thursday am... needs to come between and not interfere... surely that's not asking too much! :-)

Since all my kids live here, I wouldn't mind a little....LITTLE....snow for Christmas. Have a grandson flying in, tho, so don't want anything to mess THAT up.
Merry Christmas.

I was doing the snow thing down here too on Wednesday and Thursday. A tip I heard on the radio for snowblowers who plow through wet snow is to use Pam (or any spray cooking oil) in the blower chute and auger box interior. I tried it and now wonder why I never thought of it years ago. Previously I used WD40 but it never really worked. Maybe fisherhubby already knows this tip.

Your snow looks beautiful! I'm hoping we get some over Christmas.
Baby Finley made me smile, so cute.
It wasn't pretty for our Eagles again yesterday... poor Andy, many think it was his last game Philly... I'm not sure.
You have yourself a Merry lil Christmas!!
