Many of you have asked where in the world I've been.

All I know is that after 7 plus years of blogging and a different lappy, which I don’t like, I seem to have lost my blogging fervor.

Someday, when you least expect it, I will post again.

For those of you still waiting I say thank you.

Meanwhile, I am rather prolific on twitter. Find me: @KeethaB

Frags Are Bustin' Out All Over

.
It's Friday and that can only mean ONE thing - - - Frags are bustin' out all over!  If you don't get enough frags here to fill your weekly frag "jones" then how about clicking the icons at the bottom of this post and joining in yourself?

Last week as we were leaving for the weekend a lovely little carpet genie came in and steam cleaned his way out the door.

It was just wonderful to come home to clean dry carpets!

While we were in Eau Claire last weekend SOMEONE went down to start the car and scrape its windshield.

SOMEONE managed to lose the car keys - - - MY car keys.

SOMEONE used his feet and hands to clear a path all the way around the car looking for the keys.

SOMEONE couldn't FIND the keys.

SOMEONE called a locksmith and paid $80 for a duplicate key.

Then SOMEONE found my car keys in his backpack in the hotel room where they had been all along.

Sigh.

Can you see the "dainty" little ice sculpture beside my snowmen sled?
.

Um, yah.  Look more closely and you'll see ONE result of having an ice fisherman in the family.

I tossed the whole kit and kaminnow out in the yard where it is now completely hidden under the snow.

Sometimes when we walk through the Shepherd's Loft we are greeted by a "neked" manni.

Some customers ASK if they can have the manni clothing, others just "strip and go."
.

We try to keep our mannis under close surveillance and cover them quickly.

This is what you call a bad hair day.

There were some skiers in this year's Birkie who skied the race in the historic gear and garb of the original Birkebeiners who skied the infant prince to safety.

Notice the birch bark wraps on their shins.  Those are what gave the Birkebeiners their name.

Fisherhubby found this photo on the Birkebeiner web site.

Behind our hotel in Eau Claire was this gully.  It was "the view" from our windows.

Took me right back in time to ANOTHER Eau Claire gully where Sister Pam and I along with our cousins Darlys and Marilee spent happy hours exploring.  Our Aunt Doris packed us roast beef sandwiches for the journey and what an exploration we had!

Someone got himself a bunch of new colorful socks which he fully intends to wear mixed and matched.

I called him "Herm Edwards" but he had no clue what I was talking about so my witticism was totally lost on him.

I wore my Bucky Badger slippers completely out and had to replace them with zebras.

BIL Joe has been at it again - - - this time entertaining the youth group at his church.
.

.
I think he must have some Whirling Dervish blood in him.
 .
.

That's it for today folks.

Please hurry over to Mrs. 4444's place
Where you will see frags bustin' out all over.
AND where you can "frag-up" yourself
Should you so choose.

Your fisherman is such a good sport and seems to let you make any pictures of him you want doing his thing. Even tho I would have frozen, I enjoyed tagging along on your weekend outing. Seems you have mastered your new computer very well.

BIL Joe is quite the entertainer from the looks of it.

Look at it this way - at least you have an extra set of keys now

We've been sadly lacking in snow this year (by the time we're supposed to get some, it warms up and becomes rain instead...blah.) Can you maybe send some my way, pretty please? But you can keep the fish, thankyouverymuch. ;)

The whole lost keys scenario had me giggling like crazy - sounds like something my hubby would do. ;)

Those socks are great, as are your zebra slippers. :) And the BIL in a poodle skirt elicited even more giggles! :)

"Herm Edwards" is lost on me too. But not lost in my keys. I get very OCD about them. If I remember we try to take two sets when we road trip.

Sounds like someone is in trouble! Between that bad hair day and you BIL dancing, I laughed out loud a few times and trust me I needed that!

The lost key story comes close to rivaling getting lost between Hayward and Trego!

Poor Fisherhubby; I'm sure he worked on that do all night, and all he gets is ridicule. Oh, and you should tell him that if he wears his socks unmatched, he'll be joining the ranks of teenage girls, who have been wearing mismatched socks for a while now. I love it, because it shaves time on laundry sorting/mating duties :)

This was a stellar display of fragmenting.

Oh man. There's something so sweet about someone who sets out to do the right thing but it just doesn't work out. Last week hubby decided to surprise me and cook the ribs in the crock pot only there was no pot in the crock. I came to burning ribs..Err..beef jerky.

And then yesterday, he made angel hair pasta and cooked the whole box. For two people of course.

The naked mannequin reminds me of one of the deleted scenes from Napoleon Dynamite, they showed a blue 70s suit on a mannequin and then it was gone, which told us, he bought it.

I don't even know where to start :-)
What a shame about the keys, I feel bad for fisherhubby :-)
That sculpture was scary , all I can think of is how bad its going to stink..ewe..
Have you bonded with your new laptop?

Oh, what aggravation and expense over the car keys. O:(

Hysterical "bad hair day."

Great looking socks, shouldn't have any trouble keeping up with those.

Happy weekend and hoping spring is on it's way to you.

Oh yay, she's back!! So funny! Bad hair, lost keys, and fish...you're life is not dull, eh? I want BIL's skirt!!

Sorry it took so long to swing by. Crazy busy weekend.

That reminds me, our carpets should get steam cleaned, ugh.

Glad you at least found your keys.

I like the crazy socks and slippers!
