Many of you have asked where in the world I've been.

All I know is that after 7 plus years of blogging and a different lappy, which I don’t like, I seem to have lost my blogging fervor.

Someday, when you least expect it, I will post again.

For those of you still waiting I say thank you.

Meanwhile, I am rather prolific on twitter. Find me: @KeethaB

Brunhilda and Borris Aren't the ONLY Ones Having Fun in the Northwoods

.
No indeed!!! Some PEOPLE came along with Brunhilda and Borris. (I can just tell ya it was a really tight squeeze in that snazzy little 4X4 of theirs!)

So far the people are having a great time too.

Except Miss Keetha is having major blogging issues, and thus the scarcity of posts from the northwoods. It's all about resizing pictures - - - the short of it is she simply can't resize her pictures from here, and we won't bore you with a lengthy explanation of all the "whys".

Suffice it to say, she is frustrated and Brunhilda and Borris, who have planned multiple exciting and fur-raising posts, are about to FIRE her as their bloggess.

She promises to "catch up" the Bearsaltandpepper posts as soon as she possiby can, and in the MEAN TIME - - - enjoy this people post of photos already resized.

Greg and Mike "shoot the breeze" at Lake Wazeecha

Diane dips her toes in the refreshing water
Which of course stained them red,

Greg and Mike shake their heads at the folly
Of their wives staining their toes red.

This is proof that fisherhubby is an equal opportunity sleeper.

Al fresco dining in Hayward.
Ahhhhh - - - we LOVE this.

A small portion of our daily view from the deck - - -

While we sit - - -

And do this!

30 inch pike from Gull Lake

Greg's "Big Bass"

Mike's "Big Bass" complete with stogie.
(I'm not advocating the use of stogies,
Just reporting that they ARE being used,
Along with plenty of testosterone grunting,
By TWO of the fishermen on this trip - - -
I'll let you decide which two.)

Oh Keetha,
It looks like you are having a wonderful trip! What a fantastic view to wake up to.
Those fish are ginormous! That pike would probably have me convinced to never, ever put my feet in that water. ;)
Have a wonderful vacation. Enjoy the water for me too. K?
XOXO

Okay for starters my word verification is "coducksy". I just don't know what to do with a word like that???
I am sure with all the testosterone grunting there is a fair bit of scratching going on too.
Now those toes didn't look too red to me. Why does it stain your skin and would you eat the fish that swim in it?
Okay here I go with my word verification. Giggle.
