Many of you have asked where in the world I've been.

All I know is that after 7 plus years of blogging and a different lappy, which I don’t like, I seem to have lost my blogging fervor.

Someday, when you least expect it, I will post again.

For those of you still waiting I say thank you.

Meanwhile, I am rather prolific on twitter. Find me: @KeethaB

The Ceremony

.

Korie's two brothers ushered the guests to their places.

Kyle, our baby, escorting Korie's high school cheer leading coach to her place.

Kelly, our oldest son, helping Megan, one of Korie's dearest high school friends, find her seat.

One very proud daddy walked our beautiful little girl down the aisle,

Where my father, "Peepaw" to the kids, met them and "took over" at the altar.

"Who gives this woman to be married to this man?"

"Her mother and I."

Sister Pam, Aunt Pam to the kids, gave a wedding blessing.

Two pairs of hands clasped together as two hearts became one.

Even Mackinley was awed.

Vows were vowed.

"With this ring, I thee wed."

"You may kiss the bride."

"I introduce to you, Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Lance"

He her stable rock, her shelter in every storm.
She his flair, his sparkle, his joy.

Kaeleigh and Mackinley
Flower Girl and Ring Bearer
Sister and Brother

Jeany and Jake
Aunt to Bride, Brother to Groom

Kayla
High School Friend and Cousin-in-Law of the bride

Parents of the Bride - beaming

Kelly with Debbie, Mother of the Groom
Kyle close behind

Beautiful Bride - lovely in every way.

Happy couple heading into life together.

Keetha, what a beautiful wedding!
I looked at every single picture -- everyone looks so happy; weddings should bring out the best in everyone, and this one clearly did.

I like how you grouped the shots in separate posts. And you, my girl, looked gorgeous and SO proud, as if you'd made that bride yourself. Oh wait ....

I wish the happy couple a long, loyal, wonderful life together, with Christ at the center of their home. Blessings to you all!

Beautiful ceremony! I love weddings conducted by family. My daughter Sara was married by her Uncle and her Aunt (Her Dad's sister)played the music and arranged a piece of music just for her to walk down the aisle. VERY special! Your daughter looked beautiful and so happy!

Well worth waiting for, my friend. Everything was lovely and it looks like it went off without a hitch.

(I know that hardly ever happens, but I love the illusion.)

So! Beautiful! This makes me tear up a bit. Everything is so laurel-y and woodsy and sweet. Her gown is gorgeous!

And your beautiful daughter looks just like you!
