Peggy is like Iowa va Arizona last week - hard to get a hold of, wanting everthing to turn out okay, then nothing. Ha, a good post. Hope UW does well this weekend...and Iowa.
Absolutely true. I think that Peggy has been cloned. You can't even always spot her by her deep voice and accent.

Oh yes I have. That's really cute.
Oh yes, I've dealt with many "Peggys". However, I had to call Apple last week regarding my computer and got "Scott" who spoke perfect English with an American accent! I was so thrown that I asked him if he could please fake an accent!!

The worst for me were all my attempts to install the first router we tried. I talked to someone in India who had a strong Chinese accent. I. couldn't. understand. a. word.
I called back several times and had the same problem. I finally insisted that they route me someone who spoke English. I was assured they ALL spoke English.
We took that router back and bought a cheaper one that onlt took me 5 minutes to install. Take THAT, Peggy!
So many times! I've gotten Peggy and her Indian sister! I love this commercial too!
