Today, in honor of being "up north" on vacation, I'm reposting about the mall just down the road a piece from our cabin.
We are SOOOOO lucky to have a huge mall right here in the "wilds" of the northwoods, and just "outside" our cabin door."

This is downtown Lampson, Wisconsin.
As you can see, it's a real happenin' place!!
Here's where once upon a time the grocery store stood.And yet this tiny town has a large mall. Surprised? So was I.
OK, so I spelled it wrong - - - - welcome to the Lampson Maul!.

That's a huge maul, for such a little town!
I remember Lampson. You could see it from US 53. With a little finagling, you can find it with Google Maps. The Satellite view shows maybe a dozen buildings.
Im glad you didnt re-run post on the POOR BATS.
