Many of you have asked where in the world I've been.

All I know is that after 7 plus years of blogging and a different lappy, which I don’t like, I seem to have lost my blogging fervor.

Someday, when you least expect it, I will post again.

For those of you still waiting I say thank you.

Meanwhile, I am rather prolific on twitter. Find me: @KeethaB

What Did You Expect???

.

You didn't think Fisherhubby and I could return to Marion last weekend and NOT go to our favorite Mexican restaurant, did you???

We aim to please and in fact we went TWICE!

Saturday night we met our friends Charlie and Vangie

And Mark and Jennie there.

It was as yummy as usual and our La Charreada waiter friends met us at the door with HUGE welcoming grins!

Monday night we returned for more Mexican yumminess. (yes, that IS my plate next to Fisherhubby and yes I DID eat all of that!) This time Mike and Diane joined us.

"Yummy"!!! I LOVE Mexi food...We have a little "Hole in the wall" restaurant that is run by the sweetest little Mexican gal. She has it set up with the 50s chrome tables and I makes you feel like you're in her kitchen...LOVE HER!!! And we have another one down the hill from me that I fell in love with "plantains" at. I tried preparing them at home and I "HAD QUESTIONS", so I asked her AND she brought me in the kitchen, strapped an apron on me and gave me lessons...LOVE HER TOO! These two places are like HEAVEN! Thank you for sharing!
Hugs to you,
Donna

I wouldn't have expected anything else. Heck when we went to Chicago in October the whole trip was planned around our favorite eats!

You ATE all that??? The cold weather must keep you very hungry!!! Looks like a fun time - and as long as you don't have to cook, I am sure it is fun!!

Looks like good Mexican food -- but the plates are always ginormous!

Thank you so much for taking me to this wonderful place when I visited. I can see those big smiles you spoke of!! The food was incredible, too. So glad you were able to have a few meals with family and friends while you were in town.

I note the color of Fisherhubby's jacket.

Thanks for the link on Aaron Rodgers.

Wow, that looks like a great night out! I've just got into Mexican food - love it! And your meal photos look so nice, they're making my tummy rumble!!

Good job Mr. Keetha wasn't wearing his cheese hat - they might have grated him onto an enchilada!!

Arrriba!!

Oh, Keetha, I'm jealous. Next time you make it to Marion, eat an extra plate of food for me! :)
