So Fisherhubby and I celebrated!!
We went ALL OUT!!
First we went to the library and checked out books.
Next we went to El Mezcal for dinner - - - at 4:30 PM.
After dinner we strolled through Wal-Mart
And bought rubber bands.
(What did you THINK I was gonna say we bought???)
Now we're home watching TV.
'Cause that's just the kind of
"Wild and Crazy" couple we are!!!
Hope you had an equally enjoyable day
With YOUR Valentine.

Sounds like a great Valentine's Day to me!
Must be our age...this sounds like our life, too, except I also squeezed in a nap!!
Doesn't take much for us, does it??? have a Happy Valentine Year, Keetha...something tells me you will!
Just our kind of day!
That sounds nice to me. At least you two were together all day.
Sounds just about as "wild and crazy" as my Hubby and me. :o) Stopping by from Just Breathe. Blessings to you!
I'm just back from Paris where my husband flew us for a special dinner. I'm pooped but have to put the dozens of roses that he sent me in water before I can go to bed. I think next year I'll insist on a hamburger at Culver's since I think they are some of the best I've had.
= )
Best,
Bonnie
I'm pretty sure we can beat you on the romance scale! We ate cheese and pnuts at home and hubby is sound asleep. He's such a hopeless romantic! :)
Man, you guys sure know how to live life on the edge - LOL - sounds like my kind of a day IF I had a guy!
Being together is all that matters, even if you only buy rubber bands LOL
But that dinner sounds good - I LOVE Mexican food!
SOunds like the day my husband and I had! We went to the airport to drop off a rental car and then went to a pizza place for dinner. Then we came home and watched TV and I edited photos :)
I"m so glad you enjoyed my Valentines post today - that cowboy hat wearing sculpture was quite a find!
Kristin
Rubber bands? That's a stretch.
Oh, that Martin! What a card!
We celebrated the day by being apart, for once. I shopped for bargains at Shopko---a semi-annual event, then went to knitting at the library.
Doesn't absence make the heart grow fonder? I was rewarded with crab cakes at home for supper. Lucky me.
That sounds about like what we did. Except we didn't go out to eat. I made homemade lasagna that looked awful, my son came in with a heart shaped box of candy for me and my husband told him that after he saw what I cooked he might want to take the candy back! We also strolled through Wal-Mart, he had to get a card for me and flowers. (He always waits till the last minute)
Sounds like you guys had a good time together. We never try to go out to eat on Valentines since it's so crowded anyway. Have a great week!
Very cute post and we are about as wild and crazy as you two: we had hot dogs and listened to old Barry White music and laughed histerically!!!
"Went to Wal-Mart," eh? Is that what you kids are calling it these days? I know a euphemism when I see one ....
:-)

I love it!
Wow! Your Valentines' date was almost as exciting as mine was! Just ALMOST. ;-)
Mine was even MORE wild and crazy, if you can imagine, lol!
Happy belated Valentine's Day!
