Thrifty Thursday FOR REAL!!

To Leigh's "Thrifty Thursday" Party.

Hubby and I are currently in Florida.

Yesterday we returned to Tin City
Because I just really wasn't finished
Shopping there yet!!!

While in there, I saw this display

Sandals NEARLY IDENTICAL to mine,
Only THESE had a price tag of $13.99

And I only paid $3 for mine
At that very upscale and trendy shoppe
Called DOLLAR GENERAL!!!!!

Cass @ That Old House said...: Hey Tootsie -- I am back again to say thanks for visiting -- and to say no to putting those lacy coasters on the wall... not unless I can manage to get ALL the stray fuzz off them. They are so pretty, like lace, but they are made of some sort of oddball material that sucks up fuzzies and stray dog hairs like -- well, some sort of sucking-up thing.
Ick.

And I am SO proud of Annie... This grad program at Rutgers only accepts 2 or 3 students a year, so ... yeah, I'm a proud mommy. But then, we're always proud mommies, aren't we? (It's cause we're such GOOD mommies and raised such good kids right? Right? Tell me I'm right!!)
