Many of you have asked where in the world I've been.

All I know is that after 7 plus years of blogging and a different lappy, which I don’t like, I seem to have lost my blogging fervor.

Someday, when you least expect it, I will post again.

For those of you still waiting I say thank you.

Meanwhile, I am rather prolific on twitter. Find me: @KeethaB

Don't say I didn't warn you!!!

Greg's kidney stones.

A penny for your thoughts!! (Hehehehe)

The large stone next to the penny is Greg's current passee. The small "gravel" pieces to the left of the current jewel are the NORMAL
size he passes, so you can see why this one was SOOOOOO painful.

ALL of these were designed and made by Greg in his own special stone manufacturing quarry!!!! (Most of us call that a kidney) I guess you could say they are "designer gems!

Yes, he has kept all these.

No, I don't know what that says about us!!!

I 'manufacture' stones, too! It is amazing that such a tiny stone can cause more pain than a 9 pound baby! Really!

I saw my gallstone - it was the size of a whole walnut (in the shell) - I couldn't pass those!

I'm curious how these stones were gathered...

Ooops it seems like your readers are confusing gall stones with kidney stones.
My niece's husband suffers terribly from kidney stones. His urologist said one time "holy crap, that is the biggest one I've ever seen". A badge of honor I am sure he would rather not have.
Now do you have any good pictures of a heart transplant you could share?

Hey! Greg and I could have matching sets of kidney stones! Although I finally tossed mine -- too small for jewelry.

Lovely post. Vintage stones are always interesting. Great patina. :-)

BTW your house looks like such FUN on Thanksgiving -- what a blessing!

Mornin' Girlfriend...

Ohhh my goodness!!! Girl, only YOU!!! Only you would do a post on your honey's kidney stones! Hehe! You are such a hoot...I love it!!! Well, like Diann, I'm sitting here with my morning coffee just trying to wake up. By the way...loved her comments...so funny!!!

Sheeshh...poor guy!!! I can't even begin to imagine what pain he must have been in! I feel so sorry for him! Does he still have problems with this? Well...I've never had kidney stones but I have produced enough gall stones that I had to have my gall bladder out...that wasn't any fun either! Eeekks!!!

Well, my faithful Sunday Favorite's companion...so happy to see you for Sunday Favorites this week!!! I'm so sorry for being so late to get by...we had to go out of town yesterday and I didn't get home till real late!

Have a wonderful week, Sweetie!
Love ya,
Chari
