Many of you have asked where in the world I've been.

All I know is that after 7 plus years of blogging and a different lappy, which I don’t like, I seem to have lost my blogging fervor.

Someday, when you least expect it, I will post again.

For those of you still waiting I say thank you.

Meanwhile, I am rather prolific on twitter. Find me: @KeethaB

God's Country Revisited

.

Early Sunday morning as I stood on the misty shores of Lake Wazeecha - - -

I tried to soak up some of the beauty with my eyes - - -

So I could savor it in my heart back home.

So still.
So tranquil.
So breathtaking.

I wanted to capture it with my camera lens,

So I could share it with you.

Splashes of color - - -

Are just starting to appear in Central Wisconsin.

They remind me of spilled paint.

Blue skies, green trees, sun soaked stone,

And red sumac

All along the way.

Au revoir, homeland - - -
Until next time.

I knew you wouldn't be able to leave Rapids until you made a stop at Lake Wazeecha! Many fond memories of that place. Love the pics.

It is very pretty. :) Think you will be re-planted there again soon? Or no?

Lake Wazeecha looks beautiful. I love warm autumn days. The air has a kind of tranquil, still quality to it - almost as if everything is slowing down ready for winter, and your photos have captured this.

Thanks. It's been a long time (like over a quarter of a century) since I saw this sort of thing.
