Many of you have asked where in the world I've been.

All I know is that after 7 plus years of blogging and a different lappy, which I don’t like, I seem to have lost my blogging fervor.

Someday, when you least expect it, I will post again.

For those of you still waiting I say thank you.

Meanwhile, I am rather prolific on twitter. Find me: @KeethaB

Chrissy Went Home

This is a cut-and-paste from Chrissy's CaringBridge site, posted at 3:30 AM today:

We are at peace. We brought Chrissy home yesterday, and He took her home this morning at 1:15. We truly expected at least 48 hours with her, but like my dad always said, "when it's your time to go, it's your time to go."

Thank you for your continued support, encouragement, love and prayers.

With love, John, Jill, Matt, Andy, Steve and Chrissy.

Little Chrissy fought a valiant fight. Our Heavenly Father said "Well done" and took her home to make her whole again.

I have followed and prayed for this precious little girl since you first posted about her. I cannot imagine the heartbreak her family is feeling.

All we can do is what we have been doing....keeping them all in our prayers.

Like your cousin Pam I have followed this little girl's journey.

My heart aches for the family but is grateful she is no longer suffering.

I can't imagine what they have all gone through.

I pray God will comfort them in unimaginable ways.

Sad for her family, happy that she is no longer in pain and with Jesus.

Her story will amazingly always be a part of mine now.

Praying for their family and your community.

It seems that part of Chrissy's job on earth was to touch our lives. Still in prayer for her family as they deal with their loss.
