Many of you have asked where in the world I've been.

All I know is that after 7 plus years of blogging and a different lappy, which I don’t like, I seem to have lost my blogging fervor.

Someday, when you least expect it, I will post again.

For those of you still waiting I say thank you.

Meanwhile, I am rather prolific on twitter. Find me: @KeethaB

Somewhere Over the Fragbow - - -

.
It is Friday and time to bring out a whole fragbow of assorted odds and ends.

Even though this is one of my FAVORITE weekly parties, I have MISSED JOINING for two weeks running, or was it three?

It was a personal issue - - - I have personal issues.   I know that comes as a shock but there it is.

Mostly I let myself procrastinate undesirable chores (i.e. BILL PAYING) but while doing so I punish myself by NOT letting myself do the things I love.  And there you have it - - - the making of a basket case in a nutshell.

Sigh.

Oh well I'm back!!!  Let's just pretend we're ostriches and stick our heads in the sand about all of that, shall we?

Now on to the fragbow - - -
.
.

.

Two of our children and their spouses (spouses not shown here) went to the sunny climes of Florida for a wee vacay and neglected to invite their mamma to go along.  They DID however text me pictures like this so I could enjoy the fun vicariously.

Never mind kiddos, I wouldn't have invited me either.  Besides, I like to go to Florida in the summer so I won't miss any of our lovely frozen tundra snow.

Our snow is whiter than your beach sand.

Poor little Mack got the "bad speller" gene from his Kamma.  He WANTS to spell all the words correctly, but it is a struggle for him.

Oh how I remember those days for myself.  The ONLY time I ever tried to cheat in my school life was over a couple of 3rd grade spelling words.

I before E or two T's or one M or - - - oh it is all WAY too confusing.

I don't even remember if I actually USED my little "cheat note" penciled onto the top of my desk, but I DO remember having to go to the teacher the next day to confess 'cause I just was way way WAY too guilty.

But WHY did I have to pass THIS gene on to my sweet little gran????

Some hardworking man around here comes home, gets in his comfy pj's, and sits on the loveseat to watch TV.

Nearly immediately his head starts to bob.

"You better go to bed, honey, you'll get a crick in your neck."

Mumble  (Interpretation - I'm too comfortable to move)

Eventually he ends up all slouched down like this - - - sometimes for several hours.

Poor baby.

(different colored socks worn intentionally with pride)

Now HERE'S a gene I'm very happy to have passed along to both my grans - - - the jig saw puzzler gene.
.
.

Why oh why is my wifi choosing THIS MOMENT when I'm trying to do my fragbow to go all wonkey???  On, off, on, off, works, doesn't work.

Good Grief, Charlie Brown.

This surfaced out of my drier one day.

Only THIS is after I cut the towel away from the other end of the lure, see the little scraps of towel left behind?

Do you have any idea how HARD it is to get barbed hooks out of gloves and towels?

Um yah, SOMEONE is very fortunate these stuck to HIS stuff and didn't destroy anything of mine.

I'm just sayin'

About a week ago the grans were excited to have a snow day.  They snuggled down with their blankie and tablets for some quiet fun.

Their Kamma wishes it was the BUCKY BADGER blankies she gave them instead of this nasty old Wolverine one - - - but who's noticing.  ;-)

Snow days are free holidays, don't'cha know!

The other day Fisherhubby had to take my car someplace.

"Don't touch my library lanyard in the passenger seat," I called after him.

I know his propensity for messing with my stuff when he gets in my car and I NEED my lanyard 'cause my locker key is hanging on it.

He came home and said, "I TOUCHED your lanyard."
.

He just can't help himself.

"That 14 year old whom I married,"  she said shaking her head.
.

.
.
That's all the fragbow I have for today.
 .
.

.

.
Please hurry over to Mrs. 4444's place
Where you will see LOTS of fragbows
AND where you can "frag-up" yourself
Should you so choose.

You are the best when it comes to "frags". Your Fisherhubby was so tired he put on two different color socks or perhaps he lights make them look different. Enjoy your snow.

There are two reasons they choose Wolverines.

#1 - Their Daddy makes sure the Wolverines are always available and at the ready for grabbing.

#2 - The Wolverine blanket is HUGE and they can both use it and snuggle under it without any tugging or pulling or fighting or bickering.

The Buckys are in their rooms...Mack makes sure his is on his bed before he sleeps. The girls use theirs for playing "house" very very frequently. So never you fear...the Buckys DO get some lovin'.

Oh, he does look so tired..and so NOT very comfy! Sounds like you had a busy week and lots to do. Hope you have some time off this weekend for some FUN! Sweet hugs!

Thanks for the laughs. Hubby looks comfortable :-) I find screws and nails in my wash! But fishing season will soon be here :-( Have a great weekend in all that snow!

Does your hubby have two different colored socks on? Loved your mail post previously too. Hard to believe it was that warm in FL. Maybe they were shivering in their swimsuits. ?

Love the socks...

We should compare FF post titles. I've read some good ones here. Fragbow - interesting and probably very colorful.
"...stuck to HIS stuff..." Ok, my mind wandered a bit and I thought of this lure surprising fisherhubby in his shorts which could lead to being stuck in an uncomfortable place. just thinking out here in the comment box.

Snow days as an adult aren't the same. No one ever wants to go sledding with me.

I love reading your frags.

Now I would love to be on the beach, or that sofa your husband is laying in looks mighty comfy too. So either place would be okay with me I guess.

I love working puzzles too. Your grandkids are just too cute.

When my hubby's head starts bobbing, his response to my suggestion to go to bed is always "I'm not sleeping" ... and then he falls asleep. ha! I do have to say that your Fisherhubby doesn't look the least bit comfortable in that loveseat.

As much as I love snow, I do believe I'd rather be on the beach ... the beach will always trump snow or anything else. ;-)

You reminded me! There was a truck with a Wisconsin license plate at the Y the other night. Guess what bumper sticker was on the truck!? Wisconsin Badgers!!!

I hope your personal issues are resolved. There are so many fun things here! The snow is definitely whiter than the beach sand. And why are your grans using a Michigan blanket? Where did they even get that thing? Of course FH touched your lanyard!

I get headphones (the small ones that go to the iPhone) stuck in my dryer. The boys *cough* (and hubby) *cough* put them in their pockets and forget about them.

Fisherhubby reminds me of my hubby. He can fall asleep anywhere, anytime.

My middle boy always had a hard time spelling and using phonics. He is lucky to be born in a generation that has spell check. I had to use the good ole dictionary.

Have a great weekend!

I missed a few frag parties too lately . I had personal issues, too. I like the photo of fisherhubby with mismatched socks. When I was younger and always in a hurry, I sometimes left for school with mismatched shoes. No matter, I thought. At least I remembered to wear something on my feet.

Wait a minute! You.....issues?? Nah! I have stopped punishing myself, I suggest you do that. It makes life so much simpler.

I am plagued with that guilt thing.....so much so that when someone acted up in class, I looked guilty!

Poor old Fisherhubby....he's tired!

Your grands are so gorgeous! Those eyes!

I know what you mean about putting things off...hence the name of my blog! I love to read what's going on with you and your family! Your grandbabies are adorable, and of course, have inherited the best of the best of your genes! Our hubbies should meet...both in their jammies and assume the position 10 minutes after they get home! Mine would love to fish if he had the time. Thanks so much for sharing your family!

I got giggling because all I could think was, "Watch out for Keetha and her camera" bathing suits and pajamas in one post! Your family is not safe! :-)

That love seat does look comfy--I remember lying in a big chair we used to have like that. Those unmatched socks are funny!

I love the socks!

Every time I read your blog I end up laughing. I am sorry to say my biggest laughs came at your husband's expense. :)

I relate to wearing the different socks, just 'cause!!! As for the spelling genes...my dear man always has problems also. His theory? "When in doubt, add an 'e' at the end."

Love to work jigsaw puzzles myself.

You and Fisherhubby need your own reality TV show.

I wanna hang out with you guys sometimes. I bet it would be a hoot!

Yay beach vacay, boo on no mother.

I hate spelling too.

Ok, so I haven't been blogging much either, just some cut and paste stuff because hubby says I can move to a self hosted blog site when I finish my college courses of this semester. So I have been totally focusing on them so that I can immerse myself in blog land...silly, I know, but hey, I need the motivation ;-)
