Cass @ That Old House said...: OK now THAT is what the season is all about (well, other then the religious stuff and all that!) -- it's about kicking back AFTER the 25th, with comfy clothes and the tree lit and little piles of presents here and there, and leftover cookies (especially leftover cookies -- they don't have to be homemade) -- and SLIPPERS (I love slippers), AND knowing that your husband is outside clearing the snow, and you are not.

Sweet.

And I am leaving my stuff up and proudly Christmas-y till the 6th -- but then, we don't decorate till almost mid-December.
