Many folks find biking or hiking along the late afternoon placid waters of the mighty Wisconsin to be physically and mentally therapeutic.
But that "ain't" the kind of therapy I'm talkin' 'bout in THIS HERE post.
Nope.
This is the kind of therapy where you take your darlin' little energy-bomb grans down to the river walk-way just before bed time and you say:
"Race to that bench way down there and back" - - - at LEAST two times. (Notice the joy on Pipe's face 'cause she's winning.)
And then you turn them loose on the playground for a round of swinging and sliding
So that when you take them home, scrub them up in the tub, and pop them into their little trundle beds they will drift away to dreamland almost immediately and STAY there until the sun comes up - - - at least.
This is the BEST kind of therapy for old care-givers.
I promise.

Perfect - therapy for all! I think I could walk for hours along that river, it looks just gorgeous. As far as the lamp posts - good question - I will find out and add it to the post when I do - thank you.
I know what you mean! Gosh they have so much energy! Running some of it off is the only way to get them to sleep!
Sounds like a prefect thing to do with grands! Lucky you!
I meant perfect! My sister just called to tell me that her eldest son is now a school prefect...my brain can't cope obviously!
You are wise.
