Many of you have asked where in the world I've been.

All I know is that after 7 plus years of blogging and a different lappy, which I don’t like, I seem to have lost my blogging fervor.

Someday, when you least expect it, I will post again.

For those of you still waiting I say thank you.

Meanwhile, I am rather prolific on twitter. Find me: @KeethaB

You Found Me

I decided to move.

I think.

My blog is now here and the old one will be linked in the margin.

I'm still using Blogger, the same profile picture, and even the same template.

Then why do I feel like I just abandoned my first-born child??????

Technology moves us along, sometimes softly and sometimes sharply.

I followed you...just like a little lost puppy dog w/ a wagging tail. :-)

(It's a good thing you learned how to do 'links' a few blogs back, huh ?) Ha !

I had to use a different sign-in name. It wouldn't let me sign in as 'Jackie'. 'Mommacarl' is my AOL/AIM instant messenger ID.

Sorry about the blog space issue. I had no idea. I have TONS of blogs that I read & they have archives from several years back, but have never noticed a problem.
Now, I know why I don't start my blog back up. Tee! Hee!

Thanks for introducing yourself to me, Mammacarl - - - I didn't RECOGNIZE you, though I SHOULD have.

Thanks for following me, guys. I'm still WORKING on this new site - - - so many things to move - - - like my links lists and my cbox.

ARRRRGGGGGHHHHH

Oh - - - I think MOST of my space problem is because I cannot resize my pictures so they take up a lot of room.

I found you! Stephen says that we pay someone for hosting space, so we haven't run out.

Yah - - - maybe next time I'll find out how to do that - - - but I'm telling ya, this moving your blog thing is ABOUT as bad as moving your classroom - - - only no one can really help me do this!!!

I need to move my cbox over here, and I don't know how to do that 'cause when I go to cbox to try to figure it out, it is dealing with the one on my other blog. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Yes, not resizing your pictures will fill up your blog fast!

Have no fear though, because there are a lot of easy solutions. You can either download a simple free application (http://bluefive.pair.com/pixresizer.htm) which will help you resize your photos, or you can use a free online program (http://www.shrinkpictures.com/).

Although I still think you should move to Wordpress. Maybe just put your toe in the water? :)

Plastic - - - I LOOKED at Wordpress, and I thought about it - - - but I am SUCH a creature of habit, I just couldn't bring myself to DO it. I'll look at those resizing things you suggest.

I KNOW I don't want to move blog sites every couple of years- - - this is HARD work.

I found you - I think! Now to rename your link on my blog! I never did get a long with science teachers - grrrrr!

Sorry, Papa!!! But I was out of room over there - - - and I don't want to STOP blogging!!!

Where was Kyle when you needed help moving to new site???

I'm coming across more people who have blogs on Wordpress. It's a little different, but I don't know what the advantages are.

Hummmm...I need to check my blog to see how much space I have left...

Glad you have relocated and not just disappeared!

How frustrating!

Have you tried starting a new blog profile using a new email address and info? I think that's probably why "the space" followed you.

If you decide you want something fresh, Wordpress has support to help you import past posts and comments from your other blog. I suggest looking at the Blogger instructions for the move and the Wordpress instructions (I believe you have to set-up your new blog first, and then go to the manage tab in your dashboard, you'll find import and export options there).

It will take a little work, but you might find that it's worth it. I suggest starting a new tentative blog, seeing if you like it, and then moving. If you don't like the platform, look for something else or another option.

I didn't know you had to pay for a blog???

I found you! I had no idea you could fill up a blog. Wow. That does seem like a lot of work you have to do to relocate. Glad you're not stopping blogging!

I still have problems with my picture space at blogger - - - but I've made some changes, and hopefully I'll be able to work out all my "issues."

It is my pictures that are causing me problems. I didn't have a way to resize the files, so I was loading them on blogger straight from the camera unresized. That took up COPIOUS amounts of space - - - or so I'm told - - - don't be fooled into thinking I actually KNOW what I'm talking about.

See, I'm not sure how you run out of room. But I'm glad I found you. Don't get lost!

I can't find my blog said...

Found you!!!

I think we use wordpress and Aaron does hosting if you want more space for all your pictures. Also, another great site to go to for resizing is www.piknic.com

As your first-born child, I'm wondering if I like being compared to a BLOG!!!

hehehehe :)

Hehehehehe - - - I said that on purpose so you would know I wouldn't be able to abandon you.
