A Few Odds and Ends

I realize I am old fashioned, not cool, unhip, and WAY behind the times - - -

But I do not text. (Do have some pretty cool bling on my phone though, don't I?) I just don't see the sense when my voice is so much faster than my texting.

So WHY did I have to receive a wrong number text???? And a VILE, FILTHY, one at that. Somehow those words seemed so much more shocking in print - - - -

And now on to other news. This just in:

Something has invaded my home and taken over my living room. I hope it is alive.

And last but not least: In case you thought YOU were the MOST unphotogenic person on the planet, let me give you this PROOF that you are not.

The lump on the couch arose (I guess it was alive afterall) and took this quite lovely snap of moi.

You are the funniest! When my son first got his camera, he would take pictures of my crepey neck skin, blow it up and then send it to me in an email. I would then ask "what's that?" He would quickly let me know, "oh, your neck." So many reality checks with laughter!!!; January 16, 2011 at 2:07 PM

Hehe...loved this post, my friend! Don't you just love kids? My girls always take the most flattering photos of me...NOT! It seems that one of their most favorite shots is to get me while I'm bending over...not sure what that is about! Hehe!

Ohhh...don't even get me started with the texting thing! Like you, I figure that I can just dial the phone and talk to the person! Hehe! Really, the whole texting thing really unnerves me...it's one of my pet peeves! Hey, I will say though...you DO have some great bling on your cell phone!
